Return refund and cancellation policy We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if they are damaged in any way, please call Customer services on 01883 380190 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. You will of course need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs. The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. So If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original invoice within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed Delivery policy All transactions and purchase price of goods are stated in GBP although there are no export restrictions on any of these products they may be subject to additional domestic taxes depending on the country of purchase.
